Shipping Procedure

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email, indicating that we’ve begun processing your order. Processing typically takes 1-2 working days (Monday - Friday). After processing, your order will be dispatched, and you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

Shipping time is around 5-7 working days (Monday - Friday). 

We are pleased to offer free delivery on all orders within Australia.

Delays

If your order hasn't arrived within the maximum delivery time, don't worry - sometimes delays can occur due to seasonal peaks, holidays, weather or other circumstances.
We kindly ask you to allow an additional 3 working days (Monday - Friday) before reaching out. If your order hasn’t arrived by then, please contact us at info@eliannefashion.com, and we’ll investigate the issue.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, you can do so by contacting us at info@eliannefashion.com. Please ensure you contact us as soon as possible, as we won’t be able to cancel your order once it has been processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive damaged or incorrect items, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please take photos of the issue and send them to us at info@eliannefashion.com. We will promptly review your case and ensure you receive the correct, non-damaged item.
