How long does shipping take?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email, indicating that we’ve begun processing your order. Processing typically takes 1-2 working days (Monday - Friday). After processing, your order will be dispatched, and you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Shipping time is around 5-7 working days (Monday - Friday).

What is your return and refund policy?

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items. To begin the return process, contact us at info@eliannefashion.com. Returns are not accepted if more than 30 days have passed since the delivery date.

After we receive your returned package, we’ll inspect it. Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. This process may take up to 7 days. We do not charge restocking fees.
